Established by Margie Robinson at Springhill Farm in the Borders of Scotland over ten years ago, Moondance Wools offers a fine selection of yarns and fibres for sale in a varied selection of natural colours that are produced from Margie's own rare breed flock of Shetland sheep.

• Supplying fleece and fibre to Spinners and Felters
• Hosting a knitting group here at Springhill Farm in winter
• Special Open Days and events organized during each year
• Providing pure wool natural yarns for knitters and weavers

An ever increasing collection of the unique Moondance knitting and felting patterns as well as some of the items designed, knitted and woven by Moondance are also available.

Margie's small Shetland flock are highly prized for their strong yet incredibly fine and soft wool. Her philosophy is that both ewes and wethers alike should live out their natural lives free from pesticides and predation on the farm at Coldingham Moor.

Margie welcomes all enquiries, by telephone or e-Mail and loves receiving visitors but as this is a busy home and farm the Moondance Wools Studio will only be open by prior appointment!
